Commission approves Federal Appropriations Requests
 

The Lee County Commission will submit three appropriations requests to the Federal Legislative Delegation of Senators Shelby, Sessions and Rep. Mike Rogers. The funding requests if granted would allow for improved services to provided to the county's citizens.

Those projects include:

    Lee County Justice Center Solar Power Project Expansion  -- $1.99 million

    Lee County Parks and Recreation -- $7.65 million

    Lee County BRAC Roads -- $7 million

GUIDE TO LEE COUNTY GOVERNMENT

The Lee County Commission has released the "Guide to Lee County Government" to help citizens understand the responsibilities and services of the Lee County government.

 
FISCAL YEAR 2010 ADOPTED BUDGET
Commission adopted the FY 2010 Budget on 9/28/09.  The fiscal year is October 1st through September 30th.
